FixtoFlip.com, is the fruition of a dream. When Dan Dunleavy, CEO and founder of FixtoFlip, Inc., started to rehab houses he realized he was alone. There were no resources readily available to guide a prospective Flipper in the burgeoning real estate market.

What Dan did find was a field of “get rich quick” schemes, or classes that offered limited information with no one to turn to when the seminar was over. Dan asked himself why there weren’t more robust tools and information available to potential house flipping investors.

There Has to Be a Better Way  

Despite the fact there were no formal channels to guide potential investors, Dan grabbed the bull by the horns and jumped into his first property.

In the end he was able to move the property for a slight profit, but he wondered if he could have had a larger return on investment if he had better tools to help predict costs before the project ever got off the ground.

Through the course of many projects over the past decade Dan put his corporate process and data management expertise to work building predictive tools to increase return on investment and help mitigate risk.
