Membership
When joining FixtoFlip.com you are granted access to the tools and content herein. FixtoFlip, Inc. the parent company of FixtoFlip.com reserves the right to deny or revoke membership if abuse or copyright infringement is suspected.

When you join you are granted access to FixtoFlip.com based on the membership you selected at the time of enrollment. This membership can include but is not limited to, access to online tools, access to premiere partner services and access and listing capabilities to our database of properties. 

All membership transactions are handled through www.paypal.com, FixtoFlip will never have access to your personal financial information. 

On Line Tools
The on-line tools section of FixtoFlip.com offers cost estimates for your FixtoFlip project. The calculations are based off of information you accrue from sources other than FixtoFlip.com, thus all calculations should be verified before making a purchase or beginning your project. To this end FixtoFlip.com does not take any responsibility for discrepancies in calculations. Use of our on-line tools does not guarantee that you will sell your house or receive a profit from your FixtoFlip project.

Property Listings
FixtoFlip only lists properties uploaded by our members or partners. FixtoFlip.com does not sell or buy properties, nor should the listings of the properties be seen as an endorsement. All properties are rated by the individuals uploading them. When selecting a property we strongly encourage you to seek the council of a legal or real estate professional. Properties will be listed until they are either removed by the individual that uploaded the property or until that individual’s subscription is expired.

Any member or partner providing property listing information must ensure its accuracy and completeness.  FixtoFlip has the right to terminate your membership to the FixtoFlip.com services when information provided is misleading, inaccurate, unprofessional or objectionable.

The data relating to real estate properties for sale on this web site appears in part through the Internet Data Exchange Program (Broker Reciprocity); real estate listing held by brokerage firms other than our Advanced Members are identified by including the name of the listing broker.  The realtor providing this data believes it to be correct, but advises interested parties to confirm the data before relying on it in a purchase decision.  Some properties which appear for sale on this web site may be subsequently have sold and may no longer be available. 

Partners
For Members: Each partner in the FixtoFlip.com network pays an annual fee to list their service on FixtoFlip.com. FixtoFlip.com does not take any responsibility for the services provided by our sponsors. We simply provide the connection channel between service providers and FixtoFlip enthusiasts.

For Partners: When listing a service with FixtoFlip.com your advertisement will stay on the site for the duration of the time agreed upon when entering into a contract with FixtoFlip.com. We hold the rights to change or modify your ad based on our content standards and guidelines.
